The authentic, pedestrian mountain village with its farms and many fl ower-covered houses, has remained more or less unchanged. The footpaths start right in front of your door and lead past lush, green meadows, carpets of fl owers, cool streams and always offer an imposing view of the mountain scenery. Despite being located away from the thriving tourist centres, it is directly linked to the entire winter infrastructure of the Schilthorn region. Skiers, snowboarders and those on toboggans can ride right up to their front door.
